Basil Artichoke Spread

Our most acclaimed item!  Fresh marinated artichoke hearts are blended into an incredible combination of fresh basil, portabello mushrooms, sweet onions, olives, garlic and more, creating the ultimate taste sensation!

 

 

Recipe: Basil Artichoke Salmon Fillet

1 Salmon fillet, any variety
½ jar EHF Basil Artichoke Spread
6 - 8 cloves whole garlic, thinly sliced
3 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Sliced onions, sweet peppers, tomato, or
zucchini squash(optional)

Place salmon on foil or cedar plank. Brush lightly with olive oil, spread thin layer of Basil Artichoke Spread over fillet.  Top with sliced garlic, butter, lemon juice, and peppers & vegetables.  Place foil on barbecue, or bake @350F in oven until thoroughly cooked.  Serve with rice, garlic bread and chilled white wine.
